On level of disappointment in not winning the division and not beating Montreal…
I don’t know. Obviously it’s somewhat disappointing, but still made the playoffs, have first round home ice so, I don’t think it’s the end of the world. I think that’s something you always want to reach, but this year we couldn’t do it, but still made the playoffs.

On if this game can be forgotten quicker than others because of what lies ahead…
The last game? I don’t know we don’t really know when we’re going to start or anything so, just play the game and figure out all the other stuff after.

On if the loss can create a little more hunger going in…
Yeah, it should. We’ve just been struggling scoring goals a little bit lately, so I think the hunger should be there but after all I think regular seasons over, you got to move forward and it’s a new season and start from a clean table.

On the biggest thing the team needs to do to win games…
I think we just need to be consistent as a team and try to minimize the mistakes we make and I think we’ll be fine.

On how much he looks forward to the challenge of the playoffs starting…
It’s going to be great. It’s been a couple of years since I last played in the playoffs, so looking forward to it, should be fun.

On how he is feeling heading into the playoffs
Awesome.

On what the team hopes to accomplish in the next few days…
I think tomorrow we’re going to take a day off, get our rest and then regroup on Tuesday and probably have a couple meetings and get a little skate in and go from there.

On proving to people what he started a few years ago in the playoffs…
Yeah, obviously I want to help the team to win series, that’s my biggest concern. I’m not trying to really prove people wrong or anything like that. I just try to play as good as I can and help the team to win the series and see where that leaves us.

On how well the experience from a few years ago has helped him…
I’m sure it helps a little bit, but at least you don’t have to start from scratch. So, I got some games under my belt. So, I hope it plays in my advantage.

On how different of goalie he is from then to now…
Yeah, you gain experience throughout the years and style-wise probably not too much, but maybe just the experience factor is there.
